Superb freeze in flight.

It's a rare event to capture this species right in front of the those compounded eyes unless in early morning, when they are caught in chilling dew. I was helped here by the optics - I used an 180mm non-macro lens with 68mm extension tubes, which allowed for almost 50cm working distance at a 1:2 magnification ratio.
